Head of Research and Strategy

Harnham is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our research and strategy efforts. As Head of Research and Strategy, you will be responsible for managing a team of researchers and strategists, delivering audience-focused insights, and applying behaviour change, human-centred design, and strategic thinking to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a mixed-method research team to deliver high-quality insights on various campaigns
  • Lead a strategy team in applying behaviour change, human-centred design, and strategic thinking to programme design, campaign planning, and analysis
  • Conduct quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human-centred design principles
  • Assist in proposal writing and business development efforts for both strategy and research teams
Requirements:
  • Excellent experience and understanding of research and strategy
  • 10 years of experience working in research and strategy roles in a social impact agency, on projects domestically and internationally
  • Experience working across both qualitative and quantitative research methods
