**About the Role**

As an Aggregator Performance Analyst at Ardonagh Advisory, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's strategy across the Aggregators. Your primary responsibility will be to create reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Raise purchase orders for all aggregator invoices and credit notes, including costs forecasted based on performance and external market factors.
  • Collate sales and cancellations data for all brands by aggregators, issuing reports to the business by the third week of each month.
  • Manage the management information specifications provided by each aggregator, coordinating changes with the internal MI department and continuously reviewing the process for optimization.
  • Develop monthly reporting to analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement, clearly articulating any challenges shown by the KPIs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create a new report identifying price changes on click-throughs, resulting in improved performance.
  • Develop and maintain a sales share report using multiple data sources, identifying and explaining trends.
  • Lead the implementation of Power BI within the aggregator function, evolving existing reporting to consider aggregators and building new reporting to optimize manual processes.
