Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software and Performance Testing Specialist to join our Global Banking Loans team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a large-scale rich internet platform in collaboration with business analysts and software engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated web application test suites to ensure the highest quality of our platform.
- Present and explain test results to project stakeholders, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of web architecture, database, and Selenium automation platform.
- Utilize performance testing solutions, such as Load Runner, Performance Center, and Gatling, to ensure optimal system performance.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Agile techniques and Quality Gates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise test results and recommendations.

Requirements:
- ISEB/ISTQB foundation certification in Software Testing or similar concepts demonstrated with past experience.
- Extensive web testing experience and demonstrable end-to-end knowledge in this area.
- Excellent automation scripting skills, preferably in Java for Selenium.
- Hands-on experience using SQL to query relational databases.
- A strong and confident communicator, fluent in English.
