About the Role

We're a leading provider of secure financial messaging services, facilitating global value movement across borders and industries.

As a Test Engineer at Swift Software, you'll join a dynamic software development team environment where your testing skills will be crucial to delivering mission-critical financial software to the global financial industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the entire development cycle of new user stories, including requirements review, solution design, testing plan, and development testing.
  2. Perform software delivery tasks, such as builds and installation of releases on test environments.
  3. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  4. Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  5. Assist in troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of computing, such as IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics.
  2. Experience in testing is an asset.
  3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks is an added advantage.
  4. Testing methodology certification is a plus.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  6. Basic knowledge in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing is desirable.
  7. Agile mindset and continuous improvement are essential.
  8. Excellent communication skills, including remote meeting setups.
