Job Description

Our client, a full-service creative agency, is seeking a strategically driven Freelance Production Director to join their team. As a key member of the Creative team, you will be responsible for operational aspects, including team and creative resourcing, production management, and business creative and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Design Director and Creative Strategy Director in managing creative and strategic resourcing using Streamtime software.
  • Liaise with Client Account teams to ensure accurate briefs and scoping.
  • Manage resourcing and capacity planning to ensure timely management of resourcing challenges.
  • Sourcing, briefing, and delivery of Freelance creatives to support lead creatives and Client Account teams.
  • Support the Design Director in the development and training of Creative Team members.
  • Support the Creative Team with design execution as directed by the Design Director.

Production Management:

  • Support the Design Director in delivering Artwork and Production delivery of client briefs.
  • Champion effective delivery within client platforms and systems, such as Brand Muscle and DAL.
  • 'Dotted Line' management of Artworking resources within the business.
  • Sourcing and co-management of external production suppliers alongside Design Director and Client Account teams.

Business Creative and Marketing:

  • Support the Design Director in leading the delivery of creative that delivers against business marketing efforts.
  • Creative delivery and maintenance of company website.
  • Creative delivery of social content.
  • Creative delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.

Business Management:

  • Support effective management of IT provision across the business, in liaison with MD and Departmental Leads.
  • Support delivering against initiatives to achieve annual fiscal targets and growth of the business with new clients.
  • At peak times of asset/artwork delivery, adopt a project management role when required, managing the delivery of assets and artwork to brief and deadline set out by the Client Account team.
