Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Director to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a Video Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of a new series, working closely with producers on all aspects of production and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a creative vision for the launch of the new series
  • Direct, produce, and research projects, ensuring high-quality output
  • Supervise the entire creative process, from concept to delivery
  • Manage accountability and responsibility for all projects and teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital video production
  • Work with talent, including A-List celebrities, experts, and everyday people
  • Rigorously research topics and talent for existing series
  • Monitor and stay on top of competitive channels
  • Review, edit, and approve preliminary and final treatments, outlines, shooting scripts, scripts, casting, production schedules, budgets, selects, graphics, music, rough cuts, fine cuts, final narration, and final versions of all assigned programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience producing and developing digital videos on various platforms
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with high-end unscripted talent
  • Demonstrated track record in creative execution
  • Experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously
