Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team at DPD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
