Complaints Resolution Specialist

Coulter Elite Resourcing is seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our team in Hinckley. As a Complaints Handler, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Acknowledge and investigate member complaints in accordance with our complaint's procedure
- Resolve member complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Obtain prompt responses to member queries and service issues
- Review member complaints and identify areas for improvement
- Activate member accounts and book initial appointments
- Resolve member and consultant telephone queries and service issues
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- Consultative and friendly approach with the ability to work under pressure
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,000, a profit share scheme, and monthly incentives. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
