About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Parties to join our team at various sites near Lincoln in central Lincolnshire. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare high-quality food to menu specifications, adhering to Levy standards and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to new team members as needed.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Contribute to a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Chef de Parties or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (some venues may require this).
