About the Role

Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and innovate together. We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing sales team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving strategy, direction, and management of sales data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain operational, strategic, and tactical reporting to support business stakeholders
  • Provide regular insights to senior management on sales performance, market dynamics, and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Design and implement visualization dashboards and reports to accelerate information-to-action at scale
  • Focus on Operational Efficiency, Execution of Planning, Sales Systems Support, Case Approval Management, and Data Management & Reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Interest in design and collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
  • In-depth experience using Salesforce
  • Comfortable building high-quality and complex spreadsheets, models, and presentations
  • A collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied size to achieve common goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a PLG SaaS company
  • Experience with other Sales productivity and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
