About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Integrated Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity and brand experience of Three UK across all touchpoints.

As a leader within the design department, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior designers while collaborating closely with account managers, creative teams, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute compelling design projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across various mediums including retail, performance marketing, social media, and brand channels.
  • Refine and define the visual language and branding for Three UK, maintaining consistency across both digital and physical platforms.
  • Lead the visual concept development phase for projects, emphasizing design solutions rooted in strong ideas and strategic thinking.
  • Establish design workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and continuity in large-scale design projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of design deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies, integrating them into the team's workflow.
  • Interpret complex visual briefs, considering brand guidelines and context to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
  • Serve as a point of reference for design projects, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture that values open communication, transparency, and accountability.
  • Contribute to the hiring process by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting talented designers to join the team.
