Market Analysis Executive

The ideal candidate will assist the Trading Managers with daily reporting by providing necessary data and collaborating with Trading Managers to generate Agency Reports consistently. The Market Analysis Executive will also aid team members on various customized projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analyses to contribute to monthly reports for all Agency Groups
  • Assist in reports that oversee the CPS compliance of all News UK client agreements
  • Support ad hoc analyses required by the Trading Team during negotiation processes
  • Participate in the development of monthly reports for different teams within News UK
  • Reconcile and compile data with external auditors
  • Prepare Monthly Circulation reports
  • Conduct detailed revenue estimate reports to support the team with provision and forecasting
  • Engage in meetings to resolve discrepancies in contract delivery status
  • Examine current market trends and analyses to effectively promote News UK's various offerings
  • Utilize knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities to apply effective trading strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Familiarity with media channels including Print, Digital, Out of Home, Radio & Cinema
  • Experience in presenting data to stakeholders using reporting tools like Tableau
  • Ability to interpret and analyze audience measurement trends for Newsbrands in the UK market
  • Capability to research revenue-generating propositions and offer recommendations for revenue enhancement
