Private Client Tax Manager

Reed is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Manager to join their team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will play a vital role in providing superior compliance services and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit IHT forms, P11D's, and CGT on property returns
  • Coordinate the preparation of statutory residence test reviews and returns for non-resident individuals
  • Present complex tax information to clients and develop relationships to enhance the partnership with the firm
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client relationships, identifying additional services to benefit both the client and firm
  • Full management of the team, including recruiting, training, mentoring, reviewing, and holding appraisals
Requirements:
  • Appropriate qualification such as ATT/CTA
  • Experience in private client tax, with a strong understanding of compliance services and advisory work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
