- Programme Design and Delivery: Contribute to or lead on the design of learner-centered, results-focused induction, operational, leadership, and personal development programs.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Use a range of evaluation measures and tools to inform continuous improvement and planning.
- Talent Systems Management: Effectively manage talent systems, processes, and procedures to ensure learning is agile, efficient, and consistent.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of trainers and coaches, providing support and development to maximize their performance and impact.
- Project Management: Project manage the design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of training interventions and programs, as required.
- Innovation and Evolution: Identify and act on opportunities to innovate and continuously evolve the DPD Talent offer.
- Learning Delivery: Deliver online or in-person learning or development, as appropriate.
- Strategic Alignment: Support the Head of Talent Development in shaping the wider DPD Talent offer.
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Learning and Development Manager who can demonstrate a strong track record of coaching and training experience. You will have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced business environment, meeting tight deadlines and establishing good relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Design and Delivery Experience: You will have design and delivery experience at a middle/senior level.
- Results-Oriented: We are looking for a strong manager who can demonstrate their ability to achieve results as part of a team and in taking a leading role in innovating and promoting new ideas.
- Influencing Stakeholders: You will be able to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and pragmatism.
- Contact Centre and Sales Experience: Ideally, you will have contact centre and sales experience.
- DPD DNA Values: To be successful in this role, you will be required to demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Caring, and Accountability, as well as be an ambassador for the values and culture of DPD.
