About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Healthcare Sales to lead our sales team at ALAssociates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers, including healthcare providers and suppliers.
  • Lead the tender opportunity process, working closely with external clients and third-party partners.
  • Provide product presentations and support to gain new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage and guide the Commercial Team, including National Account Managers and the Commercial Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales and management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
