We are seeking a skilled Facilities Account Executive to oversee one of our key portfolios across the nation. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in account management.

The ideal candidate will be required to travel extensively, with a preference for candidates located in the central region. (Hybrid working arrangements will be available for added flexibility) (Vehicle provision included)

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional and compliant account management, assisting specific accounts in developing and executing strategic account plans that enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance, profitability, and growth.

The Facilities Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting sector-specific business development, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery in accordance with established budgets and service standards. Additionally, this role involves monitoring and reporting on the quality and financial performance of all services within the assigned accounts, including innovation in service delivery and maintaining financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and communication within the Integral team. Offer support and guidance on any contract-related concerns.
  • Supervise both planned and reactive maintenance for all assets identified within the client's management system, adhering to an agreed maintenance schedule.
  • Conduct analyses of planned preventive maintenance and asset data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings, as well as to enhance contract value through additional services.
  • Manage compliance in the execution of facilities management services for the account.
  • Ensure teams coordinate necessary statutory inspections, both directly and indirectly with the client.
  • Ensure internal audits are conducted in accordance with Integral policies.
  • Provide oversight for subcontractor management across the site-wide facilities management operations.
  • Analyze service failures and implement robust remedial actions.
  • Guarantee a consistent level of service delivery in alignment with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of the profit and loss for the contract.
  • Deliver quarterly financial reports on contractual performance.
  • Oversee project team execution to ensure timely completion certificates are issued for invoicing.
  • Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure adherence to budget expectations.
  • Regularly report to the client on the financial status and details of the contract provisions for the account.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission and processing of financial applications.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated high-quality account management experience within a facilities management context.
  • Experience managing large single-site and multi-site portfolios.
  • Significant experience in critical environments and highly process-oriented organizations.
  • Proven track record of generating new opportunities and growth within existing accounts.
  • Thorough knowledge of contemporary maintenance management requirements and technology-driven solutions.
  • Extensive experience in managing maintenance contracts effectively.
  • Proficient in using software applications such as Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems, and CAFM/CMMS systems.
  • Working knowledge of business finance principles.
  • Relevant engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent).
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification is advantageous.
