As a key member of the Investigo team, the EUC Engineer will be responsible for delivering exceptional End User Services to the organization, encompassing all regional operating companies, construction sites, and sales teams.

The role will focus on delivering ongoing operational business requirements in the following areas:

  • Ensuring the day-to-day operational performance of the End User estate meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Implementing changes to the End User estate to meet evolving business demands.
  • Driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Providing emergency response to critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Services

  • Designing and implementing front-end equipment builds and security hardening solutions.
  • Selecting and validating hardware for user personas, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Managing all Desktop applications, including Microsoft 365 and associated applications, to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Overseeing the application and Operating System (OS) lifecycle management, ensuring timely updates and patches.
  • Implementing patching strategies, including Intune, Autopilot, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and OS Patching, to maintain a secure environment.
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing print services and supporting facilities and physical security platforms.
