Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Responsibilities

As a Highway Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral member of the Maintenance team, assisting in various tasks related to roadway, pathway, and drainage projects.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Operating light machinery such as compressors, rollers, and disc cutters, along with performing daily maintenance and inspections.
  • Supporting skilled workers in tasks including kerbing, drainage installation, concrete work, paving, bricklaying, and surface repairs.
  • Excavating materials such as soil, rock, asphalt, and concrete using both hand tools and powered equipment.
  • Engaging in site maintenance activities like sweeping, cleaning, litter collection, and the handling of materials and tools.

  • Prior experience in highway maintenance or construction environments.
  • Relevant certifications in highways and a solid understanding of practical applications.
