Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Walsall Domiciliary Care, working 25 hours per week. Our care and support packages are designed to help older adults, including those with dementia, live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers, providing open and honest communication
- Support customers with daily routines, including personal care and activities of daily living
- Establish effective methods of communication with customers, reducing barriers when necessary
- Accurately record and report work activities
- Assist customers with mealtimes and other daily tasks
We are looking for an individual who is warm-hearted, friendly, and patient, with excellent communication skills. Experience working in a care environment is advantageous, but not essential, as full induction training will be provided.
