We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to report directly to the Client Services Director. In this role, you will lead a team of two Client Services Executives.


As the Client Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for your designated clients, overseeing daily operations, performance metrics, service level agreement compliance, and quality assurance, while acting as the client advocate within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster open and effective communication channels with each client to build robust working relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional service to every client from initiation to completion.
  • Recognize and address the unique needs of our clients to manage their expectations effectively.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings to ensure satisfaction and superior service delivery.
  • Generate regular performance reports and analyze outcomes by monitoring key performance indicators, seeking opportunities for enhancement.
  • Participate in new business and existing client meetings to present findings and reports.
  • Continuously refine client service processes, policies, and standards within the organization.
  • Ensure consistent communication with all clients on a regular basis.
  • Provide internal stakeholders, including the Board, with frequent updates regarding client performance.
