About the Role

Your new company is a leading Lloyd's Broker and risk management company with an international broking division. They are seeking an experienced Property Owners/Real Estate Account Handler to join their established Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing client accounts during the renewals process, including admin, presentations, negotiating premiums, and managing paperwork.
  • Working in partnership with Account Executives to deliver client needs, providing first-class interpersonal skills and a focus on customer happiness.
  • Building renewal documents, reports, and crafting new quotes for customers, with a high attention to detail.
  • Managing account queries and credit control matters, preparing underwriting information for presentations to insurers, and designing and delivering presentations as required.
  • Following up on new and existing renewal business quotations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Real Estate/Property Owners Account Handler handling UK or European Property Owners.
  • Progression towards Cert CII, Dip CII, or Advanced Dip CII.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate.
