Job Title: Real Estate Account Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join our team at John Williams Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients by managing day-to-day queries accurately and efficiently, by either telephone and written correspondence.
  • Manage all day-to-day queries, re-broking renewals, and mid-term adjustments within new and existing business.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Account Handler.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
