The successful candidate will have superb communication skills, both verbal and written, and be confident in representing the firm within new networks to secure new business.

As a natural leader, you will have previous leadership experience at a high level, with a positive attitude and a strategic mindset in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.

You will be responsible for leading the firm's audit function, ensuring excellence is delivered, and driving strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting on department budgeting.

Additionally, you will mentor managers and support their learning and development to ensure they effectively manage the junior team.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £130,000 - £150,000 per annum, company pension, and flexible working options available.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with extensive audit experience within practice.
  • Confident to represent the firm within new networks to secure new business.

  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
