Audit RI Partner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit RI Partner to join our dynamic team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in audit and a proven track record of leading high-value audits, building trusted relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

As an Audit RI Partner, you will be responsible for leading our audit function, ensuring excellence in delivery, and representing the firm in new business opportunities.

You will also be expected to drive strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members.

We offer a competitive salary of £130,000 - £150,000 per annum, a permanent role, company pension, and flexible working options.

Our firm is committed to providing a tailored service to each client, championing a proactive approach to account management and problem-solving.

We are looking for a like-minded professional who can naturally lead a team, be commercially minded, and support new business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the audit function and ensuring excellence in delivery
  • Representing the firm in new business opportunities and securing new clients
  • Driving strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members
  • Overseeing workflow and improving processes
  • Identifying services that will add value to client portfolios
  • Championing the firm's values and motivating the team
  • Providing professional and personable client-facing communication skills
  • Setting an example for the team as a natural leader

Requirements include:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with extensive audit experience within practice
  • Confident to represent the firm in new networks and secure new business
  • Previous leadership experience at a high level, with a positive attitude
  • Strategically minded in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
