**About Our Service - Housing & Homelessness Services**
A safe and stable home is the foundation upon which individuals can build a better life. Our housing and homelessness services aim to provide a supportive environment for people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
We offer specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people. Our approach to accommodation goes beyond providing a roof over one's head and shelter from the elements.
**The Project Lead Role**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Project Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our support housing accommodation for young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and driving practice development and financial management.
The Project Lead will work closely with the Service Manager to develop the service, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of support in line with Ofsted regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver the contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure legal compliance and practice development
- Manage financial resources effectively
- Provide staff training and support
- Drive staff motivation and engagement
**Requirements**
