Job Summary

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in the smooth operation of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menus that cater to the dietary needs of our residents, while ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of nutritious and delicious meals
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Manage stock control and adhere to food cost guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Train, supervise, and develop a team of culinary staff to help them reach their full potential
