Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our team at Steer Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring accurate parts identification, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repair jobs.
  • Parts Identification: Assist technicians in identifying and obtaining the correct automotive parts, ensuring that all necessary parts are available for repair jobs.
  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice on parts and accessories to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repair jobs, ensuring that all necessary parts are available.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an automotive parts or service environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and customer service principles.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Efficiency: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
