Our client, a distinguished independent automotive dealership group, operates a network of numerous car dealership sites across the UK and Channel Islands. They are recognized as one of the Top 25 Sunday Times best big companies to work for.

They are seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to join their Parts distribution centre in Bristol.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, be numerate and literate, and demonstrate a prompt, courteous, and professional demeanor along with excellent IT skills. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, ensuring effective management of customer accounts, and collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.

As the Automotive Parts Specialist, you will engage with both internal and external customers, manage parts ordering and invoicing, and should have experience in a fast-paced Parts department. You will be tasked with receiving and processing orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed efficiently, and working closely with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. The successful candidate will be adept at handling sensitive and confidential information while adhering to deadlines. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a busy environment
