Performance Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Performance Planning Engineer to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing processes, templates, and tools to monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery. This will involve leading the evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project controls coordination, risk management, and cost reporting. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate information and data from various sources.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain project controls processes, templates, and tools to monitor project performance.
- Lead the evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls as necessary.
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule.
- Actively participate in project team risk evaluations, incorporating defined risks into monte carlo to output quantitative impacts to the overall project cost and schedule.
- Hold vendors accountable for required schedule updates and reporting to maintain timely and accurate updates of the master schedule.
- Proven experience in project controls coordination in all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and cost reporting.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate information and data from various sources.
