  • Act as the first point of contact for all property-related enquiries

  • Conduct viewings and inspections of properties to ensure they meet company standards
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including council documentation and certification

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
