Twenty 4 Seven is actively looking for skilled Facilities Managers for various educational institutions, including primary, secondary, and special educational needs (SEN) schools throughout London.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals with robust maintenance expertise to ensure the effective operation and safety of school environments.

Responsibilities include general upkeep and repairs to maintain safe and functional school facilities.

  • Conduct regular inspections to assess maintenance requirements.
  • Aid in overseeing the security of the educational premises.
  • Address maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Assist the institution in preparing for events and activities.
Essential qualifications include strong maintenance skills and relevant experience in a similar capacity.

  • Proven experience in building maintenance or a related trade is required.
  • Availability to commence work or transition from a current role.
  • Experience within an educational setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility in working hours, which may vary by institution.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
Competitive pay rates ranging from £14 to £18 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
