Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Breakthrough Consulting Limited. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is carried out to the required standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
- Commercial Awareness: Work closely with our Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, optimize resources, and achieve profitable project outcomes.
- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and quality control documentation.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects with a value of £5M-£20M.
- Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects, with a range of project types, including schools, commercial, leisure, and luxury housing.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Passion for construction and a willingness to learn and improve.
