We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer to work on our next-generation cloud solutions serving the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Champion human-centred design and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to some of the most exciting projects here at Autodesk.
- Compare, contrast, and prioritize among alternative approaches to meet design objectives.
- Assist in customer research activities during the planning, strategy development, and early design of solutions.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers and other designers to define great experiences from initial concept through successful implementation.
- Partner with development team to drive successful implementation of the user experience design specifications.
- Advocate and contribute to the maturing of experience design discipline at the team and company levels.
- Lead design-thinking exercises to break through organizational silos and collaboratively solve complex design challenges.
- 4+ years of professional design experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with experience in working cross-functional teams in problem definition and analysis.
- Quality portfolio of recent professional User Experience project work.
- Skilled in human-centred design methods and practice.
- Demonstrated experience in research - interviews, ethnography, user testing, etc.
- Ability to work on a range of projects, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation and drive them from concept to conclusion.
- Bachelor's or equivalent work experience.
- Experience applying UX within Agile development environments.
- Experience working with 3D graphics and/or Autodesk products.
- Experience with user research, analytics and remote testing platforms.
