Job Title: Field Service Agricultural Technician
Salary: £15 - £18PH OTE £45-£50k
Hours: 40 Hours per week + Overtime

Our client is seeking a dedicated Field Service Agricultural Technician to operate within a designated area.

The role involves working with a diverse range of Agricultural and Plant Equipment.

If you possess a strong passion for Diagnostics, combined with both Electrical and Mechanical expertise, and have experience with Agricultural or Plant Construction Machinery, this position may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections on both new and pre-owned agricultural and plant machinery.
  • Perform routine servicing on equipment including diggers, telehandlers, tractors, and ride-on mowers.
  • Execute Electrical and Hydraulic Diagnostics along with breakdown repairs.
  • Complete job documentation, including machine details, time, mileage, and necessary accompanying paperwork such as PDI sheets and delivery forms.

Qualifications Required:
  • Recent and relevant experience in a similar position, such as Agricultural Technician or Plant Fitter.
  • Strong diagnostic abilities and the capability to work independently.
  • A keen attention to detail and proficiency in operating diagnostic software.
  • NVQ in Plant Engineering, Land Based Engineering, or Heavy Goods is highly desirable.
