About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of agricultural and plant equipment, including dumpers and excavators, within a 90-minute radius around the central belt and occasionally further away.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Repair and maintain plant and agricultural equipment to a high standard
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of tasks
  3. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  5. Contribute to the growth and success of the company
Requirements
  1. Service Engineer or similar experience in a plant or agricultural background
  2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of plant and agricultural equipment
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
