Job Title: Forecast Analyst

Join Michael Page Procurement & Supply Chain as a Forecast Analyst and play a key role in building and managing the relationship between the Commercial & Supply Chain teams.

About the Role:
  • Support the S&OP cycle by preparing for and facilitating Demand Review meetings and updates into Supply Review.
  • Generate the base forecasts on a monthly basis and analyze key forecast trends to highlight potential risks/opportunities within the forecast.
  • Communicate with commercial teams and review forecast consumption week by week.
  • Compile and review weekly/monthly reporting and analyze Demand Planning KPI's & commentary analysis.
  • Attend project meetings for NPD/EPD & SKU Exits to ensure forecast alignment.
  • Facilitate Inventory discussions with various commercial markets across Europe.
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a supply chain environment, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to use multiple data sources to understand trends.
  • Process-oriented but also flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Good at building relationships and influencing different stakeholders.
  • Able to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Good presentation skills, particularly being able to be clear and concise.
  • S&OP and/or SAP experience desirable but not essential.
