- This European demand planner is varied and you will play an integral role in building and managing the relationship between the Commercial & Supply Chain teams, being a key doer/facilitator in the S&OP cycle

Description
- Supporting the S&OP cycle by preparing for and facilitating Demand Review meetings and updates into Supply Review
- Generating the base forecasts on a monthly basis and interrogate key forecast trends to highlight potential risks/opportunities within the forecast.
- Support communication to the commercial teams and service recovery & reviewing forecast consumption week by week.
- Compile and review weekly/monthly reporting and interrogation of Demand Planning KPI's & commentary analysis.
- Attend project meetings for NPD/EPD & SKU Exits to ensure forecast alignment.
- Facilitate Inventory discussions with various commercial markets across Europe.
Profile
- To be successful in this role in Derbyshire you will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a supply chain environment, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong Analytical skills, able to use multiple data sources to understand trends.
- Process Orientated but also able to flexible and adaptable to change.
- Good at building relationships and being able to influence different stakeholders.
- Able to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
- Good presentation skills, particularly being able to be clear and concise.
- S&OP and/or SAP Experience desirable but not essential.
