About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our team at Kier Group. As a Principal Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our engineering services.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
