Customer Service Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Impact Recruitment Services.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders, manage product codes, and coordinate direct deliveries.
  • Run daily reports to support the management of day-to-day tasks for the internal sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PC software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A positive and flexible attitude, with a passion for working with people and delivering exceptional customer service.
