Senior GPU Architect (RTL ASIC Graphics)

As a Senior GPU Architect, you will work alongside a team of distinguished GPU Architects and a demanding clientele to gather insights and requirements for GPU development, while staying informed about the latest industry advancements.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations and generating comprehensive architectural feature specifications. You will perform in-depth analyses to devise solutions that align with essential power, performance, area, and bandwidth criteria. By collaborating with the research division, modeling team, and product management, you will establish a forward-thinking technology roadmap.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the office.

Additionally, there is flexibility to work from other locations or potentially operate fully remotely within the UK. The organization is equipped to sponsor visas.

Candidate Profile:

  • A natural technologist with a strong curiosity, who thrives in collaborative and problem-solving environments, particularly with cutting-edge technology.
  • Proven experience in hardware and GPU design and architecture for large, intricate systems.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary 3D graphics and compute APIs, including Vulkan, D3D12, and OpenCL.
  • Familiarity with digital ASIC design methodologies and their constraints.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degrees (MSc/PhD) are advantageous.
