Job Title: SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Teach360. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver lessons to small groups and individual students, adapting to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Assist specialist teaching services, medical professionals, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage students to develop independence, self-confidence, and a growth mindset through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
  • Manage behavior, mark work, and maintain accurate records of student progress, communicating regularly with parents and carers.
Requirements:
  • Hold a PGCE or QTS qualification in Special Educational Needs or a related field.
  • Have experience working with students with SEN in a mainstream primary or secondary school setting.
  • Be passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate and be willing to undergo regular checks.
