As an Aquatic Safety Officer at our Tunbridge Wells Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you will possess a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and maintain current training documentation. You bring enthusiasm, a positive demeanor, and a readiness to acquire new competencies. Like us, you are committed to exceptional customer service and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities as an Aquatic Safety Officer will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of our members while they enjoy our aquatic facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
  • Creating a welcoming, relaxed, and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Providing a warm reception and efficient service to everyone entering our facility.
  • Remaining vigilant and attentive at all times.
  • Engaging with members to help them feel appreciated and supported.
  • Prioritizing safety and responding promptly to any incidents.
