1:1 Educational Support Assistant (Full Time)

A primary educational institution is seeking to recruit a dedicated support assistant to provide individualized assistance to a Year 3 student requiring additional behavioral support on a full-time basis.

In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with an established team, focusing on one-on-one support for a pupil in Year 3 with specific behavioral needs.

This position is intended to be long-term and may lead to a permanent role, contingent upon the unique requirements of the institution and the individual student.

While experience with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is preferred, it is not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with primary school-aged children
  • Familiarity with supporting pupils with SEND
  • A strong commitment to fostering the development of primary school students
