About the Employer
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support a vibrant young boy diagnosed with autism and global developmental delays. He is full of energy and enjoys various activities, including play and exploration. Due to his limited awareness of danger, constant supervision is essential to ensure his safety while engaging in community activities.

Role Overview Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including toileting, bathing, and dressing.
  • Support in meal preparation and feeding.
  • Facilitate transportation to educational, work, or social events.
  • Encourage involvement in sports and recreational activities.
  • Foster social interactions and participation in various community events.
It is crucial to maintain continuous supervision, especially during transitions, such as exiting a vehicle.

Daily tasks may vary, and flexibility in responsibilities is expected. Additional duties may arise as needed.

Reporting any incidents promptly and identifying potential hazards is vital to ensure safety at all times.

Due to the nature of this role, a satisfactory DBS disclosure is required, with costs covered by the employer.

Transportation Requirements Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.

First Aid certification is mandatory, and applicants should hold a relevant qualification.
