Job Summary:

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. As an On-Call Business Travel Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-call support to clients on alternative weekends, covering phone calls from 6:30pm on Fridays to 9am on Mondays.
  • Work 13 days per year covering weeknights, from 6:30pm to 9am.
  • Take a 50% share of the year's bank holidays.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Travel Consultant, preferably in the corporate travel sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and respond to client queries in a timely manner.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £18,000-£20,000 per annum.
  • A supportive manager available day and night.
  • The opportunity to work with a variety of interesting clients.
