Business Travel Consultant - Italian Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for booking travel arrangements for corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service, and troubleshooting any travel-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking travel arrangements for corporate clients using Sabre
  • Answering calls and dealing with questions directly on the App
  • Troubleshooting any travel questions and problems
  • Booking flights, hotels, car hire, transfers, and other travel-related services
Requirements:
  • Travel industry experience, preferably in business travel, travel agency, or airline
  • GDS experience, ideally Sabre, but Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan experience will be considered
  • Strong customer service skills
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to 44k
  • Additional bonus of up to £300 per month
  • £60 per month to help with bills
