We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Business Support Officer to fulfill the role of Minute Taker, providing essential assistance to Child Protection meetings within a dynamic Social Care Team.
Work Environment:
The office is situated in a central location, with occasional requirements to attend off-site meetings in community settings such as educational institutions.
Working Hours:
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings in person and via virtual platforms, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions.
- Produce comprehensive notes that capture significant points and the rationale behind decisions made.
- Manage a diverse workload effectively, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks to meet statutory deadlines.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in Minute Taking or a strong ability to articulate discussion points in a clear written format.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to handle a high volume of work efficiently.
- Capability to manage sensitive information in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Emotional resilience to navigate the sensitive nature of meeting content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and basic Excel.
