Responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir y colaborar con las partes interesadas para crear y ejecutar campañas de medios para TK Maxx y Homesense.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con los Gerentes de Medios para desarrollar estrategias y planes integrales.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de Medios de Marca y maximizar la eficiencia para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con la agencia de medios para la optimización de campañas.
  • Medir, informar y optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas.
  • Desarrollar relaciones interdepartamentales y con la industria para impulsar estrategias de medios óptimas.
  • Proporcionar orientación sobre nuevas estrategias de medios, digitales y de datos.
  • Construir y fomentar un equipo de alto rendimiento.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia profesional en estrategia de medios, planificación o marketing.
  • Experticia en la planificación de campañas de medios omnicanal.
  • Capacidad numérica con sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en entornos multinacionales.
  • Innovador con una mentalidad comercial.
