Job Description - Media Executive
Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Media Executive to support the management of our always-on performance media programs and brand campaigns across our EMEA business.
As a Media Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing best-in-class media strategies, planning, and activation across all Hilton media campaigns.
- Creating and executing digital demand growth and brand building strategies.
- Supporting the development of clear annual test and learn agendas that align with Hilton Media Strategy and business objectives.
- Tracking and measuring performance to deliver against key business objectives for both performance and brand campaigns.
- Managing budgets, including forecasting and phasing for always-on programs.
- Ensuring media strategies are aligned through the marketing funnel.
- Analyzing insights from marketing mix modeling (MMM) and translating them into channel strategies and optimizations.
- Having a deep understanding of media planning and strategy.
- Having experience in paid media, either client or agency side.
- Possessing strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Having project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met.
