Job Title: Senior Manager - Arabic Speaking

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Arabic Speaking to join our team. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across Arabic speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Hilton's business objectives and meets the needs of Arabic speaking consumers.
  2. Collaborate with global content, creative, influencer, and social teams to bring to life our global propositions on Arabic channels.
  3. Ensure brand identity is upheld across all social media communications.
  4. Manage creative and community management agencies to ensure value for money and SLAs are met.
  5. Bring forward consumer insight to feed into content planning.
  6. Develop and own annual social media content strategy, ensuring alignment with key regional brand campaigns and cultural moments.
  7. Support Social Media Manager to deliver.
  8. Sit on Global Content and Global Social committees – attending Global meetings to feed in Arabic vision, performance, and impact.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 6 years' experience in a managerial B2C marketing role.
  2. Excellent understanding of Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  3. Success in building social media channels in the past.
  4. Experience in creating social media strategies across all platforms.
  5. Ability to manage agencies to deliver creative content.
  6. Proven track record of great content creation and user engagement across platforms, primarily Meta.
  7. Hands-on experience in content management, localization, and creation.
  8. Keeping on top of trends and fresh ideas.
  9. Excellent communication skills.
